Today we are one our way to Ascot as we have one runner "Ami Bondhu" in the 15.40 Ascot - Listed Bumper - Paying 4 Places instead of 3 Thames Materials Open NH Flat Race (Listed) (GBB Race). Its a very hot contest as it should be with lots of fantastic winners in there.
The drying ground may be going against our horse who is French bred and both the stallion and dam ran on Very Soft/heavy ground.
They are already saying the straight is good ground, so we will walk the course when we get there and see how it is riding. We won't run him on good ground.
Typical all this rain about when we have not wanted it for our runners and now this.
