2nd May – Stable News

Well summer is on its way.  We are starting to rough horses off and a few have already gone on there holidays.  The stables are being steam cleaned and it won’t be long until we are painting them .  We still have a few horses in that will run depending on the ground and then our flat runners.

We have another exciting new recruit for next season , a stunning mare ‘Minutes to Midnight’, who was bought last week at Punchestown. She is gorgeous and will be roughed off ready for next season. The six-year-old daughter of Vinnie Roe, who is out of a half-sister to the dam of Grade 1 winning novice hurdler Death Duty, has remained unbeaten in three starts since making a victorious debut at Lingstown in March 2016. A lot to look forward to with her. Photos to follow.

We also have new for next season Fairyway Freddy and Glen Rocco who will be exciting prospects.

We have a few to buy over the summer and a young filly to break in too.    The photos above are of Captain, Fairy Rath and Notre Ami having there first day out in the big field.  They came straight over to say hello an for  a treat.
