Stable News- 18th November

Great for Glen Rocco to get his head in front in the John Rogerson Memorial Chase (A Novices’ Limited Handicap)
(Class 4) (0-120, 4yo+) (2m5f135yds) 2m5½f Good To Soft 16 fences
We like this horses a lot and we have taken our time with him after a few niggles. He is a big chaser type who loves to jump, not too dissimilar in many ways to Fairy Rath. Another chestnut too . He was ridden by Leighton Aspell and led up by Andrew Tony Veale.
He was very unfortunate on his last run when he was brought down at the first at Chepstow after a standing start. So this will do him the world of good.

Snowy Oscar also ran at Fontwell later on in the 15.15 Fontwell – Paying 4 Places Like Sun Racing On Facebook Handicap HurdleSunday 18th November 2018Distance: 2m 3f

Going: Good to Soft (Good in places)

Snowy Oscar unfortunately pulled up, he did not seem to cope with the ground, he is a very buzzy horse who needs to learn to settle more.  He tends to run all on one breath.  So back to the drawing board with him.  He is back in one piece and we will try him on better ground and possibly a longer trip.
